Dr. Maggie Kleem
Dr. Kleem graduated from St. Joseph University Dental School in Beirut in 1992 and spent five years practicing dentistry overseas before relocating to Berea, Ohio with her family in 1997. She continued her education at the UT Health School of Dentistry and began working in a group practice in Strongsville in 1999. In 2003, she opened her own private practice just down the road, eventually moving to her current location at 352 W. Bagley Rd in January 2011, where she has been serving the community ever since. Dr. Kleem is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Greater Cleveland Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. While Dr. Kleem enjoys all aspects of dentistry, her passion lies in cosmetic treatments including Invisalign, veneers, and facial aesthetics such as Botox and dermal fillers. Outside of the office, she cherishes time with her family, enjoys walking her dog, traveling, reading, and practicing yoga and pilates. “I love my patients and I try to give them my most personable care.”

Dr. Beten graduated from Case School of Dental Medicine in 1993 and completed a one-year residency at the VA Hospital in Cleveland before joining a private practice in the Kamm’s Corner area, where he served patients for over 20 years. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and a past president of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society. A Fellow in both the Academy of General Dentistry and the International College of Dentists, and a member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Dr. Beten has chaired numerous committees and councils across these organizations and local dental study clubs. He received the N. Wayne Hyatt Rising Star Award from the Ohio Dental Association in 2003 and has been recognized as a “Top Dentist in Cleveland” by Cleveland Magazine and one of “America’s Top Dentists” by the Consumers Research Council of America for multiple years. He and his wife Diane, longtime residents of Strongsville, have two children and remain active in their community. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Beten enjoys golfing, running, skiing, and traveling with his family, while Diane has spent years volunteering with Berea Animal Rescue Friends, fostering dogs and supporting their mission.

Office Manager: Shannon
Shannon has worked alongside Dr. Maggie Kleem since 2011, starting as a dental assistant before earning her EFDA license from Case Western Reserve in 2016. In 2022, she stepped into the role of Office Manager. She takes pride in helping patients feel confident and informed, whether it’s about their treatment plan, insurance, or financial options, and loves being part of a team committed to creating healthy, beautiful smiles. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their son Cohen, whom she adores. “I look forward to meeting you and assisting you with all aspects of your dental visit.”

As a dedicated hygienist, she provides compassionate care to patients of all ages, treating both children and adults like members of her extended dental family. She lives in Brunswick with her spouse and three children and takes pride in helping every patient feel comfortable and cared for. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her family and friends. As Robin puts it, “I love spending time with my family, friends, and a tall glass of wine!”

Stephanie has been a dental hygienist since 1997 and is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health. She believes in a gentle, compassionate approach to care and stays current with the latest dental technologies to ensure the best outcomes for those she treats. Outside the office, she enjoys life with her husband, their blended family of six children, and two rescue dogs. Together, they love traveling and spending time at their family business, Lorain Ohio KartPlex, where they work and race as a team.
Dental Assistant: Justina
Justina has been a dental assistant since 2016 and joined Dr. Kleem’s office in 2017. Born and raised in Ohio, she currently resides in Valley City. She brings a calm, caring presence to every appointment and is committed to helping patients feel at ease throughout their visit. Outside the office, Justina enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and cheering on Cleveland sports teams. “As a Dental Assistant, I strive to give my patients the best bedside manner in making their visits go by smoothly.”
Dental Assistant: Myriam
Myriam joined Dr. Kleem’s dental team after returning to Berea with her family, following a 10-year absence. Previously a school nurse, she now brings her care and compassion to her role as a dental assistant. Myriam loves the collaborative spirit of the office and takes pride in helping patients feel supported. Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her three children and spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking.
Insurance Coordinator: Jenn
Jenn has worked in the dental field since 2012 and joined Dr. Kleem’s team in 2021. As the office’s insurance coordinator, she enjoys the challenge of working with insurance companies and takes pride in helping patients feel informed and at ease. Whether it’s answering questions or easing concerns about coverage, Jenn is always ready to help. Outside the office, she’s a proud mom to four children—Morgan, Madyson, Issabella, and Alex—and a devoted dog mom to Rocky, the family’s lab and pit mix. Her favorite moments are spent swimming and going to church with her family.
